Fondant cakes

Our fondant cakes are best kept in an air-con environment, the fondant seals the cake and filling, therefore it will stay moist and soft. We strongly advise that you do not keep the cake in the fridge as the humidity might adversely affect the texture and decorations. After the cake cutting, left-over cake may be cling wrapped and stored in the fridge.

We recommend you cut your cake with a straight blade metal knife. We will include a plastic knife with your order. However, please note that this is not ideal for cutting our cakes.

5” diameter x 4.5” height serves 8-10 people
6” diameter x 4.5” height serves 12-14 people
7” diameter x 4.5” height serves 15-17 people
